i've probably done something cool

recently, but right now i'm preoccupied with some embarrassing, dorky shit. like the three main things on my mind today have been:

1. kimya dawson,
2. serial commas,
and, 3. (check out that serial comma dude!!) coffeemakers.

fuckin shit dude, i don't know if you've tried to buy a coffeemaker recently, but these days, they make two kinds:

a) shitty $15 hamilton beach, or
b) fancy, DIGITAL $90+ braun or whatevs.

i don't want a digital coffeemaker. i really, really don't. it will be so stressful. i will have to push buttons and think about numbers in the morning. there might be high-pitched beeping. i don't want that. why would anyone want a digital coffeemaker? this is the worst idea ever.

so then, on amazon, i found a braun that cost $16, which seemed weird. also, the description seemed weird: "makes realistic sounds." do other coffeemakers make unrealistic sounds? oh. nope. okay. apparently, this is a toy coffeemaker, for children. it is safe, because it will not get hot. this also strikes me as a bad idea.

uh yeah i have to go drink wine and pack another box.
