i brought cookies in to work today. they're pretty amazing. ginger oatmeal chocolate almond coconut.

this weekend i'm going to philadelphia again. chris has the nicest apartment in the world. everything in his neighborhood is falling apart and there are a lot of murals. last time, we went to ray's happy birthday bar and i sang ace of base.

i like living near lex. i brought her some cookies last night and played katamari.

i'm thinking more and more about applying to school. i may even buy a gre book. wow! i mean, i'm pretty sure i'm gonna go to school, but i'm thinking of going sooner rather than later.

i'm taking a writing class that starts next week. we'll see how that goes.

if i quit my job, i'm thinking i could get this crazy night editing job and volunteer at a small press during the day. or smoke crack. the only problem would be the no health insurance. huh.

my roommate is going to be a villain in the new dc comics superhero movie. amazing. i hope he gets a cape and wears it around the apartment.

okay, gonna go browse the craigslist free list for kittens again.

i was a very nervous child...

i got mauled by the cyclone last night. my boss just asked "oh my god what happened to your leg?" and i had to say "um, i rode the cyclone. don't ever sit in the last seat." that thing is a monster. i'm all bruised and cut up.

i'm leaving for the airport straight from work! my roommate is supposed to messenger me a noguchi lamp (= wedding present) that he got me for 80% off, but it hasn't come yet.

looks like i'll be able to get there on time, too. cool!
